Laser Tattoo Reduction

Q-Switched Nd: YAG lasers remove tattoos using incredibly brief pulses of powerful light outside of the visible spectrum. This invisible light within the infrared range is delivered in short bursts lasting a few nanoseconds. It’s especially effective on black and highly colored tattoos.

An average of 10-12 sessions are usually required to eliminate a tattoo, but each case is unique and may require more or fewer treatments. The frequency of treatments depends on your tattoo, the most common time frame between treatments would be 6-8 weeks. However, variables such as skin type, saturation of ink and immune response can lead to increased spacing of treatments upwards of 24 weeks apart.
